Thick softcover book. The front cover is cleanly detached (and present) to the preface page. Owner name in pencil at the top cover edge with some soil/damp stain near the spine and bottom edge, and a bottom corner crease. General vertical creasing at the spine with some smaller rear cover spine edge tears. Slightly shaken and secure text block with clean pages. Cursive inscription with 1916 date at the half title page (in French). About 8 x 5 with 1116 pages. Text in French. Illustrated. Scarce.
