Heavily soiled cover with moderate surface worming. Secure text block with bindery webbing showing at front/rear endpaper gutter and rear endpaper has been taken out. 7-1/2 x 5 with 253 pp. plus ads. Clean pages with a light top edge ripple at very front and few dog-ears. Original 1895 bookplate library medical file sticker at front pastedown. Scarce, in fair condition only.
