Ludwig Schneller (b. 1858 in Jerusalem, died in Bad Ems in 1953) become known as a missionary pastor through his many publications on the Middle East. He was a German Protestant theologian. In addition to his pastoral duties in Germany, he also worked for the Syrian Orphanage. His father was the founder of the Syrian Orphanage Johann Ludwig Schneller.
Schneller was the second of five children of the missionary and founder of the Syrian Orphanage.
