Antoni K. Oppenheim (1915-2008) was a world expert on combustion, explosions, and radiation-heat transfer. And from a cursory glance, A. J. Laderman has 65 publications, 532 citations and 11 highly influential citations to his name.

Green softcover book with black tape at the spine. Secure binding with clean pages and a damp water ripple at the back cover and very back section. The front and rear cover have some sun fading and soil. And the very last few pages have some color streaking from the rear cover. Two small names are at the top front corner of the cover and one of them is crossed out. About 10-3/4 x 8-1/2 with 99 pp. plus a large unnumbered section of illustrations and diagrams, as well as an appendix.
