Full morocco leather with four raised bands, marbled endpapers, and outer edges. The bottom string on the front cover is torn, and the cover is partially loose. Secure text block with clean pages. Original owner bookplate (medical doctor) at the inside cover. This book was apparently for a large library. And it has the letter P near the bottom of the spine, along with the number 45 near the bottom compartment of the spine, along with a gilt KIDD (within red) near the top compartment of the spine. It also has gilt initials at the front cover (within an embellished design). About 7-1/8 x 4-1/2 with 332 pages. Scarce.
