Medical Sex DICTIONARY by Robinson, M.D. 1933

MEDICAL SEX DICTIONARY. By William J. Robinson, M.D., Published by Eugenics Publishing Company, Inc., New York, 1933.

Pre-Kinsey (1947) a pioneer of sex research, there were very few volumes dedicated to the scientific or professional definitions of sexuality and sexual behavior. Dr. W. J. Robinson, Chief of Genito-Urinary Disease, Bronx Hospital Dispensary wrote one. The information it contained allowed doctors to identify and give a name to human sexuality, behaviors and functions; and it allowed qualified practitioners to discuss the topic in an informed manner.
