First edition of this charming title in the Fuzzy Wuzzy Book Series, featuring a black kitten named Miss Sniff. Winship (1900-1987) was a popular book illustrator who worked for years illustrating books for the Whitman Publishing Co., Golden Press, Top Top Tales Books, Tell-a-Tale Books, and Cozy-Corner, often featuring children and animals.
 
Hardcover book. Nice cover overall, and a 2-1/2 inch bottom spine edge tears/chip. The rear cover is nice with light wear. Very good interior. About 11-1/4 x 8 and unpaginated. Color illustrated. Rare!
