The spine is completely missing and the pages are loose (front and rear covers are present and loose). The first-page partial issue has a large chip at the top right (several inches, missing the Freemason part). This document is quite brittle and fragile (crumbling). It's in poor condition and is being sold AS IS. The last issue is September 28, 1867. About 13 x 10. Rare!
