Gold silk with silver words, circular illustrated center piece (SEAL OF THE TERRITORY OF OREGON), top needle clasp reading - PAST PRESIDENT 1907, and fancy tassels at bottom. Paper label attached to the back indicating that it was made by The Irwin-Hodson Co. in Portland, Oregon. Some light curls, mild soil and a few tiny edge tears to silk. And a little rusting to rear top metal. Overall an attractive & hard to find piece of Americana for Portland, Oregon!
