Author Blanco, romantic but unsentimental Latin, has always admired the type. Son of an exiled Austrian archduke and an Indian woman, the author presents an idealized portrait of an imaginary dictator. Very scarce book.

Mild to moderate scuffs and rubbing with a bottom corner tip 19157 bookplate at the inside cover and two more dates (one with a name)  at the front free endpaper, and two circular pressure stamps (PROPERTY OF THE OREGONIAN ... newspaper). Secure binding with clean pages. Hardcover book with 194 pages.
