On Saturday night, April 28, 1945, just three days before Adolf Hitler, the vicious foe of Jehovah’s witnesses, committed suicide, there was released the new 384-page book of 90 lessons, Theocratic Aid to Kingdom Publishers. In 1946, the first postwar year, at the Glad Nations Theocratic Assembly of six days in Cleveland, Ohio, a new schoolbook,
“Equipped for Every Good Work,” was released on August 8. These two school manuals served for years.
Brown cover with gilt title. Slightly shaken with a secure text block and the bindery webbing is showing at the front/rear gutter endpapers. Scattered pencil notations. About 7-1/4 x 4-3/4 with 378 plus ads. Fair condition. Scarce.
