Light brown stapled booklet with a black title. 9 x 6 with 19 pages. Surface creases and light cover soil. There is a blind name stamp LAWRENCE C. LOCKLEY near the cover top (above the title). Also, there is an ink written date 9-12-51 (apparently when he received it), and a small ink S above it. The first page has a small ink check mark, otherwise unmarked. Rare Americana!
