Young Ivanhoe is a 1995 romantic
adventure TV movie based on the 1819 novel by Sir Walter Scott. It was directed by Ralph L. Thomas and starred Kristen Holden-Ried as Ivanhoe. Other starring actors were Stacy Keach, Margot Kidder, Nick Mancuso,
Rachel Blanchard, and Matthew Daniels.
 
Young Ivanhoe mounts a daring rescue mission when his father is captured by the dastardly Norman Count De Bourget and his treacherous mistress, Lady Margarite. Ivanhoe learns how to be a warrior, with some help from Robin Hood and the Black Knight, inspiring others to follow him into battle to save their land from seizure by the Norman invaders.
